Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) before dispatch, with standard delivery taking 3–5 business days to reach any UK mainland address — giving a total expected time of roughly 4–7 business days from placing your order. Standard delivery costs £2.99 on orders under £50, and is free of charge on all orders valued at £50 or more. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which should become active within 24 hours; delivery is provided via Royal Mail or Evri. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information. While we aim to meet our stated delivery times, we are not liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control.
